CPM Tip of the Month: April 2020

LinkedIn_TOTMIf your office has gone remote (or almost remote) consider separating team communication from client communications. Tools for internal team communication include MS Teams (which is free or comes with your Office 365 account), Slack, G-Suite Hangout Chat. You can reduce the email back and forth for intra-firm communication and use these same tools for internal meetings via audio and video calls. Use phone, email, text, and video conferencing like Zoom or Webex with clients.
